We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Wedding Event Coordinator to manage timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination during wedding events. This role is essential in ensuring that events run smoothly, on schedule, and aligned with production needs for photography, videography, and live streaming.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage detailed wedding day timelines in coordination with clients and vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact on event day for coordination and execution
Ensure all events run on time and according to plan
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, DJs, venue staff, and other vendors
